Hey guys! Hope you all had a lovely easter! For those who don't celebrate, How you all had a lovely weekend! The last few days have been really busy that I didn't really have time to put together a blog post for today so this will just be a weekend overview. The little drawing is from last year, I think, but it's easter so it's works.
Saturday I had such a fun day with my friend who came home for the weekend. It's always so much fun catching up because we have so many laughs. We went out for breakfast which was really lovely. Lol, while we were there this tiny little girl came up to me and I smiled at her, and she took my hand from under the table and was just holding onto it and I believe she was saying "c'mon, c'mon" in a really soft voice. I didn't know what was happening, and my friend was just laughing at me. She let go of that hand and then grabbed my other hand trying to get me to come. Her mother came over afterwards and told the little girl that I couldn't come with them. It was the funniest thing.
After that my friend and I went to the store and we ended up buying little surprise bags (how childish are we) and I joked about how we should've got another one because ours sucked and she's like "are you serious, do you want to?" She seemed to have that hope in her eye. Lol, I told her it would be too awkward as we, as adults, just bought one minutes before and that was the only thing we bought. It would be so funny if they saw us come in for more. So, we went to another store and bought two more each. It was fun. I went home after that and let my sisters claim everything because I didn't like any of the sweets and they did. My 3 year old nephew was also there so I thought it would be fun to have an egg hunt with all the easter things I had bought for him. He had so much fun. The smile on his face after he found anything was so adorable.
Later that night I went to the movies with my friend. "Allegiant" was playing and it was pretty good. After that we just drove around town and had many laughs as we normally do. We saw this car just swaying on the road and we're like "Is he drunk?" so we continued following him and he was driving slowly all over the road, and over the edge of the road but it wasn't long before he turned off.
Yesterday, I went to my grandmothers for a bit and we had a nice easter supper and it was really nice. I think that's about all that happened really.
Anyways. That's what I've been up to over the easter weekend, what have you guys been up to?
Hey everyone! I can't believe Spring is already here., though the weather hasn't changed much here but I know the snow and cold won't last much longer.
Today I thought I would do an Easter look seeing on its only a few days away. I found my old Easter basket I bought years ago and thought I would use it in this shoot. I added yellow through out the look to match my basket :)
We just received these adorable little star and moon necklaces from Choies the other day and we thought we'd share them with you. They are cute and casual and the price is quite cheap but we really love them. There was an option of gold and silver and we chose the gold. We think it's a cute little accessory to share with your friend. What do you guys think?
It's almost St.Patricks day so we incorporated the colour green into our looks. Although we both went for more of a mint colour because neither of us own anything green. Also, we kept our looks comfortable but stylish and unknowingly wore similar boots, lol. What do you guys think of these looks?
Hey everyone! Since winter is coming to a close we thought we would do a little recap on our fave looks through out the cold months. Hope you enjoy!
The first one was one of faves for sure. It was my first winter/Christmas look and I really liked it. I had this skirt for awhile and it was fun pairing it with something different then what I would normally pair it with. The second look has to be a fave because of my polar bears :) They are just too cute!
I love being warm and comfortable during winter so sweaters and turtlenecks are my favourite thing to wear. I really love the colours in the first look and how it pops in winter. In the second look i'm wearing an old but favourite jacket with this turtleneck sweater that I feel in love with and couldn't stop wearing it.
I never thought I would ever try and like a lip stain, I really like a glossy finish when it comes to lipstick. Once I tried this lip stain I fell in love. It dries in so fast and doesn't come off when you eat it is just perfect. Plus you can never go wrong with a red lip, this one is called "Sultry".
I may have to get some more lip stains this one has now turned into my go to shade to wear.
What do you like more, a glossy finish or a lip stain? x
Hello everyone, Have you ever heard of Charmed Aroma? Over Christmas I received one if their candles as a gift from my mother. Charmed Aroma is a canadian company that sells natural candles but you get a free ring inside. I think that’s pretty exciting. Each candle contains a ring valued from $10 to $5000. They also come in just 4 different scents. I have the Vanilla Crepe scent. The candles themselves are priced at around $30 which is a bit pricey but considering you get a free ring inside even at $10, I think it’s a pretty cool deal. I finally burned mine down and dug out my ring. The ring I received was appraised at $80 and is really lovely. However the ring did turn my finger slightly green after a couple of days. I do know that sterling silver rings can sometimes turn your finger green but I heard a little tip about putting clear coat nail polish on the inside of the ring helps. I don’t really mind considering I basically got a free ring. I think these candles are great gift idea, and also it’s kind of exciting because it’s like a little surprise. What do you guys think? Have you ever had one of these or Would you buy one?
^ Here is a link if you want to know more about it and by the way this is not sponsored, just something I wanted to share with you guys. :)
Another month has come and gone and it is time to show you our faves through out the month of February!
1. Once netflix said they were bringing Full House back but as Fuller House I was so excited! Growing up I loved watching Full House and to see it again with new episodes I couldn't wait. My sister and I binged watched them and we are a little sad it is over but so looking forward to the new season! Anyone else like Fuller House?
2. I can't stop listening to O-town's newest album "Lnes & Circles"! Every song is just amazing plus I am such a sucker for slower songs and they have so many on this album. When they broke up (10 years ago) I hated that but once they got back together I couldn't wait to hear what new songs they would put out, they are so much better now! You can listen to the album here.
1. So, I also really like fuller house. I honestly watched it on the first day of released and finished the whole season in that whole day. It was over way too soon.
2. The Chainsmokers - Roses ft. ROZES. This song has been out for a while but I found myself listening to it a lot this past month. I really like the beat and the overall vibe to the song. It's definitely a most played on my playlist. Do you guys like this song?
